14 days to request a refund

If a course is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.

How to request it

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Request your refund at paddle.net, finding your order with the email you used to buy, or write to us at igarcia@sinapser.com and we will process it with Paddle.

The money is returned to the payment method you used. Once refunded, you lose access to the course.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer. Purchases are also governed by Paddle's buyer terms.
